The Client Podcast Session

Complete
Nothing sells an immigration firm like the people it has already helped. This session puts former clients on camera telling their own story — which produces long-form content, dozens of clips, and social proof that no ad can buy.

Inbound messages get answered whether or not anyone is at a desk — trained on the firm's voice, with clear limits on what it will and won't say.

Complete
A full audit of the firm's presence across the directory ecosystem. Every item below is either missing entirely or showing the wrong information — both of which cost the firm search visibility and calls.
Priority Platforms
The four that clients actually use to find and judge the firm. These come first.
Data Providers
These two feed hundreds of downstream directories, GPS services and search engines. Fixing them corrects errors in places we'll never see.
Listings Showing Wrong Information
These exist, but the name, phone or website is inconsistent — which is worse than being absent, because it splits the firm's identity across the web.
Missing Listings To Create
Thirty-two directories where the firm currently does not appear at all. Each one gets claimed, built out with consistent name, address, phone and website, and verified.
Already correct and verified: Google, Bing, YP.com, Superpages, MapQuest, DexKnows, Find Open, iGlobal, N49, Opendi, EZlocal, USCity, Where To?, Brownbook, My Local Services, Cylex, Tupalo and GoLocal247. These get monitored, not rebuilt.

The Reviews We're Working On
0/0
Resolved
Twenty-nine one- and two-star reviews, going back a decade. Each one gets individually assessed, flagged where it violates platform policy, and formally disputed. Where a review can't be removed, we draft and publish a professional firm response instead — an answered complaint reads very differently to a prospective client than a silent one.
Worth knowing: Google only removes reviews that break its content policies — fake accounts, conflicts of interest, off-topic or harassing content. Ones that are simply negative but genuine stay up, which is why the response strategy runs alongside the removal requests.
Past 12 Months
These carry the most weight. Google surfaces recent reviews first, and prospective clients read them before anything older.
Older Reviews
Still visible on the profile and still pulling down the star average. Lower priority than the recent set, but each one gets the same treatment.
